Christmas delivery cut-off dates

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order by the dates below:

• UK mainland: no later than 21 December
  
• Northern Ireland: we recommend ordering no later than 19 December
  
• Scottish Highlands: we recommend ordering no later than 15 December
  

Please note: we can’t guarantee that orders placed after these dates will arrive in time, especially during the Christmas rush.

Courier delays / lost or damaged parcels

During busy periods, couriers may experience delays, and in rare cases parcels can be lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

If your tracking hasn’t updated, your parcel is delayed, or anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help as quickly as possible.

All orders are dispatched using a next-day courier service. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (especially during peak season), deliveries may still be delayed regardless of the order date, and we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

We want our wine to be delivered as fast as possible so for all orders we use a courier next day delivery services.

If the order was placed by 3pm it will be mostly liked dispatched the same day and delivered on the next day.

We expect all orders to be delivered within 2 working days not including the day of order.

Orders to Northen Ireland and Scotland Highland might take a few extra days to be delivered.

The standart delivery price is £7.90
Free delivery on orders over £99

All orders to Northen Ireland and Scotland Highland are subject to an additional surcharge.

If you place your order until 3pm it will be out the same day and most likely be delivered next day.

During busy times delivery may take a little longer.

This option is unavailable for Northern Ireland and Scotland Highlands.

We offer a free delivery on orders over £99 after all discounts and promocodes applied.

Deliveries to Northen Ireland and Scotland Highlands are subject to additional surcharge. See the information below.

For most of the deliveries we choose DPD/Fedex/DX Next Day - Fully tracked service with text and email notifications
to customers.
Small orders, up to 2 bottles will be sent with Royal Mail.

You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Hospitals, PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland Highlands surcharges might be applied. Please see the rates below.

While we can't deliver wines internationally, we do have local online stores around the world. If you are visiting these countries or would like to send wine there, please visit their websites. Please note that the product range might be different.

If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. All the bottles are unopened and intact and the wine is in its original packaging.
