This textural wine undergoes fermentation in traditional qvevri and stainless steel, with a portion aged in French oak barrels, lending depth and elegance. It offers a complex bouquet of ripe pear, baked apple, honeycomb, toasted almonds, and subtle wild herbs, culminating in a gentle creaminess on the palate. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with poultry, rich fish, or a variety of vegetarian dishes.
