Made from indigenous Rkatsiteli grapes fermented on their skins in traditional clay qvevri, it reveals dried apricot, warming spice and delicate floral notes. Gentle tannins give structure and elegance, leading to a smooth, layered finish.

At 12.5% ABV, it is a rewarding match for roast chicken, spiced dishes and aged cheeses.
