Marani Mtsvane Qvevri from Tsinandali PDO, Kakheti, Georgia, is a captivating Orange wine, still and dry, crafted entirely from the Mtsvane grape. This distinctive wine undergoes traditional Qvevri vinification, including a significant three-month skin maceration period, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks. It presents an intense nose of dried apricots, yellow peach, and melon. The palate is soft and rich, culminating in an elegant finish with citrus custard notes and long, silky tannins. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with vegetarian dishes, lean fish, and poultry, making it a superb choice for a variety of meals.
