Marani Rkatsiteli Kondoli Vineyards, Georgia, is a remarkably elegant still White (pale gold) dry wine. Crafted from Rkatsiteli grapes, it undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged in a combination of new and old French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks. This process imparts a fragrant and fruity nose with bright notes of melon and white vineyard peach. The palate reveals a touch of toasted bread and sweet spices, leading to a lingering finish with light minerality. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with matured cheese, fish, or poultry dishes.
