Produced using the Charmat method, this wine undergoes a meticulous secondary fermentation to create its signature effervescence. It presents an intense nose of various fruits, complemented by subtle herbal notes from prolonged lees aging. The palate echoes these vibrant fruity aromas, enhanced by a persistent play of fine bubbles, leading to a refreshing and crisp finish.
