Discover the exquisite blend of Tsitska-Tsolikouri-Krakhuna from Baia’s Wine, a distinguished winery in Imereti, Georgia, led by passionate women winemakers. This dry white wine, vintage 2019, is crafted from a blend of 20% Tsitska, 60% Tsolikouri, and 20% Krakhuna grapes, fermented in traditional qvevri (pitchers) with 15 days of skin contact. The wine is unfiltered and uses wild yeast, maintaining a natural essence with low sulfites (32 mg). With an alcohol level of 13.6%, it is best served at 10-12°C. Tsitska-Tsolikouri-Krakhuna features captivating aromas of persimmon, apricot, and citrus, creating a full-bodied experience with a long, pleasant finish. Perfectly paired with fish, chicken, vegetables, and cheese, this wine is a testament to low intervention winemaking and the rich traditions of Imereti.
