Giuaani Kisi

Giuaani Kisi is a dry white wine from the village of Manavi in Kakheti, Georgia's leading wine region, made from Kisi – a rare indigenous Georgian grape that was close to disappearing before Kakheti growers brought it back. Vinified as a classic dry white rather than with extended skin contact, it shows the variety's signature aromas of ripe pear, quince and yellow stone fruit with hints of wildflowers and honey, carried by a medium body and a rounded, gently textured finish.

Serve chilled at 10–12°C with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta, vegetable dishes or soft and semi-hard cheeses.

About the producer: Giuaani is a family winery in historic Manavi, where the Giuashvili family's winemaking story goes back to 1894 – the date that appears on every label. The modern winery pairs traditional Georgian methods with up-to-date equipment and works with local varieties such as Kisi, Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli and Saperavi. This wine belongs to Giuaani's Perle du Caucase range.
